  4. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, till slightly browned.
  5. Put milk, marg, flour, bay leaf and nutmeg in saucepan. Put heat to medium and stir/whisk constantly, till smooth, slightly thickened and bubbling. Turn heat to lowest and cook for 3 minutes. Take off heat and stir in 3 tbsp of parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Turn oven to 180°C.
  7. In a 9" square tin (lined with baking paper) or china dish, put ¼ of sauce. Cover with a ⅓ of the veg and olives, then ⅓ of the mozzarella. Cover with a single layer of lasagne sheets.
    Repeat till everything is used - should end with a final layer of sauce. Grate lots of parmesan in top.
  8. Cook for 30 minutes.
